HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO I TRAIN?
There are 6 workouts per week – 4 main workouts and 2 active recovery days. But if you can't workout 6 days a week, there are instructions inside the program on how to modify it to fit your schedule and lifestyle.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
You will need access to a few pairs of dumbbells. 1 lighter pair, 1 medium pair and 1 heavier pair. You will also need a pull bar, dip bars, a workout bench, jump rope and some resistance bands.
Don’t worry if you don’t have access to everything. I have lots of exercise modifications inside the program.

IS THIS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?
This program is designed for intermediate-advanced level athletes. You'll want to have a solid understanding of how to perform exercises with proper along with some experience with high intensity training. With that being said, everything in the program can be modified.

I’M A BEGINNER. CAN I USE THIS?
This may be a little too advanced for your current level right now. I recommend either the Kettlebell Revolution or the 6-Week Shred if you’re a beginner.
