Weeks 16-24

Welcome to the final installment of The Functional Method Series! We continue to build off the first two programs in TFM 3.0 and truly deliver the most badass program of them all!

Like the the other TFM programs, I specifically designed this program to deliver amazing results while building the body up rather than tearing it down. Each week will build off of the previous week with systematic progressive overload and proper movement progressions. Every workout will have a detailed warm up, main workout, and cool down to make sure you’re training with intention and purpose. 

How does TFM 3.0 differ from TFM 2.0?

  • Increased intensity: In 1.0 and 2.0 we have slowly increased the intensity to progressively overload the body to build the most strength and muscle as safely as possible. We LEVEL UP even more in 3.0!
  • NEW Supersets: In 3.0 we introduce metabolic superset training to maximize muscle growth and raw strength. Get ready to make some serious gains!
  • NEW Circuits: In 3.0 we introduce tri set circuit training to build muscle, functional strength, conditioning, all while shredding body fat.
  • Post Activation Potentiation: In lament terms, PAP is when you perform a heavy strength movement immediately followed by an explosive movement. In 2.0 we introduced heavy lifting. In 3.0 we take it to the next level with PAP. Get ready to take your strength and explosiveness to new heights!
  • Brand NEW workouts: Everything is new in this program. The warm ups and cool downs, core finishers, kettlebell and barbell complexes, full body workouts, upper body push/pull workouts, leg workouts, and cardio/core mobility workouts.

FAQ

Yes, once you purchase you will have lifetimes access to the program and all other content that comes with it. You will be able to access your content as long as you have a device that connects to wifi.

Technically you don’t have to. However, each program builds off the previous program and you will ultimately get more out of the programs if you do them in order.

The Functional Method 3.0 program is meant for Intermediate and Advanced gym goers. You must be comfortable with technique in the gym, reading programs, and pushing yourself during workouts. 

Depending on the days, the workouts range from 60-75 minutes, while mobility takes less time. You can expect to be in the gym for less than 75 minutes if you follow our rest periods.

Absolutely! We have had women do this program as well, it just depends on where you are at fitness and experience wise. Definitely give it a go if you want a good challenge!

The training schedule for this program is 6 days a week total. Of those 6 days, 2 are active recovery to help you prepare for the next.
